These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeuralTax platform, operated by NeuralTax Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U63119UP2026PTC247714), a company registered in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India ("NeuralTax", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using NeuralTax, you agree to these Terms.
NeuralTax is a financial wellness platform that helps salaried employees in India understand their financial position through a self-reported monthly check-in. The platform calculates a Financial Health Score, a personal "Freedom Number," and provides general financial guidance based on the information you provide.
The guidance, scores, and projections provided by NeuralTax are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. NeuralTax is not registered as an investment advisor with SEBI or any other regulatory authority. NeuralTax is intended to support financial awareness and decision-making — not to replace professional financial advice or individualised planning. Users are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making any financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and a salaried employee in India to use NeuralTax. If you are using NeuralTax through an employer subscription, your access is also subject to your employer's agreement with NeuralTax.

All calculations — including your Financial Health Score, Freedom Number, savings projections, and timelines — are estimates based on the information you provide and standard financial planning assumptions (such as a 10% annual investment return and a 4% safe withdrawal rate). These assumptions are based on commonly accepted financial planning principles, but actual outcomes may differ materially based on market conditions, your actual behaviour, and factors outside our control. NeuralTax makes no guarantee of accuracy and accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on these estimates.
NeuralTax is a tool to support financial awareness and decision-making. It does not guarantee any particular result. In particular, NeuralTax does not guarantee improvement in your financial health, wealth creation, retirement readiness, debt reduction, or the achievement of any financial goal through use of the platform. Your financial outcomes depend on your own decisions, your circumstances, and factors beyond our control.
NeuralTax does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. We may suspend or restrict access from time to time for maintenance, updates, security, or reasons beyond our control, and we will not be liable for any resulting unavailability.
NeuralTax shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the platform where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, failures or outages of third-party infrastructure or service providers (such as cloud hosting, payment processors, email delivery, or authentication and login services), internet or power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government or regulatory authorities.
If you access NeuralTax through an employer-purchased subscription, your employer can only view anonymous, aggregated data about their workforce as described in our Privacy Policy. Your individual data is never shared with your employer. If your employment ends or your employer's subscription lapses, your account may be downgraded or restricted, but you will be notified in advance where possible.
Where NeuralTax is offered as a paid employer benefit, fees are agreed separately between NeuralTax and the employer under a written agreement specific to that employer. Individual employees using NeuralTax through an employer subscription do not pay any fee directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralTax and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on NeuralTax's guidance or projections.
All content, design, scoring methodology, and underlying technology of NeuralTax are the property of NeuralTax Technologies Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, our users, or to comply with applicable law. You may stop using NeuralTax and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of NeuralTax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
